Pamela has been practicing hypnotherapy for over 30 years.  Hypnosis is not usually what people expect.  It is not like the stage hypnosis seen in Las Vegas, nor is it what you've seen depicted in the movies.  You are merely relaxed.  You are conscious and could get up and walk out at any point. It is highly effective in treating many different issues. Pamela has been successfully using hypnotherapy for years. Clients have often conquered their phobias in as little as one session! Here are the areas she often treats with hypnotherapy:

Most Common Areas of Hypnotherapy Treatment

  • Panic attacks
  • Smoking
  • Weight loss
  • Fear of public speaking
  • Fear of flying
  • Fear of test taking
  • Anger management
  • Stress Management
  • Sports Enhancement
  • Most any kind of phobia
  • Pain management
  • Stress & anger management
  • Any many more... The hypnosis session is recorded live on your phone during your actual session. Typically only 1 or 2 sessions is necessary. You will then listen to your recording at home while going to sleep at night.  The advantage of this is you are not dependent on coming in for appointments 8-10 times as with many other hypnosis programs.  Because you are given the recording, it reduces the amount of sessions needed.  It is as though you are coming in daily for hypnosis. Hypnosis may be helpful for you.

    EMDR Therapy:

EMDR is a psychotherapy treatment that enables people to heal from symptoms and emotional distress that are a result of disturbing life experiences. With EMDR, we can end symptoms of PTSD such as nightmares, explosive acting out in anger, negative self talk, recurring self-defeating patterns of behavior that result in conflicts. It is also possible to get relief from unconscious patterns of desire, such as over-eating and the other process addictions, as well as relief from attachment to substances, including drugs and alcohol.
